Some Schools are
More Equal than Others

Public schools are supposed to provide equal access to quality education for everyone, but George Orwell might observe that some of our public schools seem to be more equal than others!

It appalls me that there is such a blatant correlation between poverty and class size in NY State schools! 

Politicians and school administrators scratch their heads and/or point fingers when they are asked how to bring-up the performance levels of schools is poorer neighborhoods. This data, coupled with the abundance of data correlating student performance to smaller class size,  suggests that the answer is obvious: smaller classes.
